Amaretto Peach Cheesecake
Ingredients For Amaretto Peach Cheesecake:
Crust For Amaretto Peach Cheesecake:
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/3-cup sugar
1 egg
3/4-cup flour
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg. Add flour and mix well. Spread dough onto bottom of 9-inch spring form pan.
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
Filling For Amaretto Peach Cheesecake:
3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
3 eggs
16-ounce can peach halves, drained and pureed
1/4 cup Amaretto
Instructions For Amaretto Peach Cheesecake:
Combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour. Add eggs, one at a time. Add peaches and Amaretto. Pour over crust.
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 and continue baking for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Cool cake in oven with door ajar. Loosen cake from rim of pan, cool, and then chill.
