Blue Berry Coffee Cake

Ingredients For Blue Berry Coffee Cake:

Blue Berry Coffee Cake recipe with fresh or frozen blueberries.

3/4-cup sugar
1/4up soft shortening
1 egg
1/2-cup milk
2 cups sifted flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Sift all dry ingredients

Instructions For Blue Berry Coffee Cake:

Mix sugar, shortening and eggs. Stir in milk and sifted dry ingredients alternately. Blend in berries. Put into greased tube pan.

Topping For Blue Berry Coffee Cake:

1-cup sugar
2/3-cup flour
1-teaspoon cinnamon
1/2-cup butter

Combine ingredients and sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
